Word on the streets is that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are ready to take their relationship to the next level. A source close to the 24-year-old actress told Star magazine that the two lovebirds "are talking about rings." The insider added, "Blake really wants to find a vintage ring and have it reset."

The family of Blake reportedly approved the two "Green Lantern" stars' relationship. "Blake's family adores Ryan," the insider spilled. "Blake's sister Lori even refers to him in conversation as her 'future brother in law'. She is telling everyone Ryan is family. She says that's it-Blake's found The One."

The insider additionally said of the Serena van der Woodsen of "Gossip Girl", "She feels like the luckiest girl in the world." The insider further gushed, "Her career is going great, she's landed Mr. Right-and her family approves!"

In another news related to Blake Lively, the blonde beauty was spotted having lunch with Ryan at a downtown eatery in Charleston on Monday, February 20. One day earlier, she and her boyfriend, who's 9 years her senior, were also seen enjoying dinner at Poogan's Porch.

First Look at Katy Perry as Prison Guard on 'Raising Hope'

Katy Perry has landed a role in "Raising Hope". The "E.T." hitmaker took to Twitter on Wednesday, February 22 to show a picture of her fictional character named Rikki. She posted the image along with a message which read, "I hope I don't get type-cast."

In the Twitpic, Perry is seen channeling her inner prison attendant. Wearing a red, wild curly wig, the 27-year-old singer looks menacing in her office uniform. She stands next to Shannon Woodward's Sabrina, who dons an orange jail jumpsuit.

In a recent interview, Perry revealed how she got the role. "Shannon Woodward is my best friend," she said. "A couple weeks ago, I was home, just toasting up a frozen chicken fillet when she called me up and asked if I wanted to do something 'fun' for a change and try out a guest role on her TV show. I thought, 'Sure, I have nothing else to do, and I like chillin' with my best friend'."

Perry also talked about the creator of the show and her hope regarding her guest stint on the show. "[Creator] Greg [Garcia] was nice, but I hope he's not secretly sabotaging my potential future career by typecasting me in the role of just a looker so that I would never be able to play anything more challenging," she said.

Gregory Thomas Gracia himself informed that the idea of inviting the "Firework" hitmaker to the show came from Woodward. He said in a statement, "Shannon Woodward told me that her friend Katy was interested in doing an episode and I thought, 'Why not? Let's do your friend Katy a favor'."

"Then she came in and did a terrific job. She was hilarious," he continued. "And now people are telling me that Katy is also a singer. I sincerely hope that her appearance on the show helps her get her singing career off the ground. It's a tough business."

In the upcoming episode of "Raising Hope", Sabrina is locked up in jail for two weeks after participating in an Occupy Natesville protest. Rikki, who claims to be her friend from the past, tries to make her stay in the slammer miserable until she remembers their childhood friendship. Joining Perry and Woodward in the episode are Baylie Cregut, Rylie Cregut, and Gregg Binkley.

Rihanna apparently has had a great night at the after-party of 2012 BRIT Awards. The "What's My Name?" hitmaker was caught on camera having a red mark, which looked almost like a love bite, on her neck when leaving the bash at around 4 A.M. on Wednesday, February 22.

When making her way out of Mahiki Bar Nightclub in London, Riri was seen rocking a neon-colored mini dress and hiding her eyes behind gray-rimmed sunglasses. The Barbados-born beauty finished off her party look with a pair of blue ankle stockings that matched her blue heels.

Other after-parties were also thrown by record labels at various hot-spots in London. There was one large gathering held by Warner Music, and it was attended by Juliette Lewis, Holly Willoughby and her Husband Dan, Professor Green, and "Made In Chelsea" star Millie Mackintosh.

Sony Music drew such celebs as Louis Walsh, Little Mix, Harry Styles and JLS to the celebration held at Dover Street Arts Club. Meanwhile, the Universal Music Group bash was made merry by Pixie Lott, Oliver Cheshire, will.i.am, Florence Welch, Jessie J, Tinchy Stryder and Tinie Tempah.

Earlier in the evening, Riri took home International Female Solo Artist at the 2012 BRIT Awards, grabbing the title for two consecutive years. She said in her acceptance speech, "Thanks to all my fans who continue to support me no matter what-I love you, this is for you." She added, "And at times when I feel misunderstood my fans always remind me that it's OK to be myself and I will never forget you for that, so thank you."

Report that Lea Michele is dating her "Glee" on-screen love interest, Cory Monteith, resurfaces. An eyewitness has reported to Life & Style that the twosome got lovey dovey on a Valentine's Day date at Il Covo in Los Angeles.

"They were into each other all night," the eyewitness said to the magazine on its latest issue, which will be available on newsstands beginning February 22. "She was very happy, flirting and touching Cory a lot. He just stared at her with puppy-dog eyes."

Additionally, Lea and Cory were said being affectionate with each other. They allegedly were giggling and holding hands during the outing. The eyewitness informed that the 29-year-old Canadian actor fed her his spaghetti and Lea returned it by rubbing his back.

One of the crew members of the drama TV series, in the meantime, testified to the publication that the Rachel Berry and the Finn Hudson depicters were seen having a date at the Ritz-Carlton three days later. The source said, "Cory is totally into her."

A year ago, Lea talked to Glamour magazine about a possibility of romancing her "Glee" co-star. "I think if it was ever going to happen, it would have happened by now. I mean, for me, if it was going to happen with anybody it would have happened with Cory," she said. "The moment I saw him, I thought 'This boy is very cute'."

Lea was first romantically linked to Cory back in 2009 during "Glee" first season, but the report was denied by them. The "Monte Carlo" actor stated, "We're great friends. We've become really close over the show, but we're just friends. We're not dating." Meanwhile, the "New Year's Eve" actress insisted, "We're such good friends that we've passed that level of weirdness. Cory farts in front of me."

Joe Jonas has sent a birthday greeting to his former flame Ashley Greene. The "Just in Love" singer took to Twitter to post a short message to the Kaitlen Pickler of "Butter". He wrote on Tuesday, February 21, "Happy Birthday @AshleyMGreene :)."

A few hours later, 25-year-old Ashley thanked everyone who sent her Birthday wishes. Without mentioning her ex, the actress posted on her own page, "I am overwhelmed by all of the wonderful birthday wishes! Thank you so much :) Love you guys!"
